Over the long holiday weekend I had a chance to re-mount the rack and pinion and install the lower a-arm pivot shaft. This is a custom part I made on the lathe and is threaded on each end to accept the pivot bolts. It is also used as a pivot for an intermediate arm I “invented” to correct the steering geometry of the mustang rack to fit my application.
